Need: Organize work and personal tasks in one place

A busy professional who wants to stay organized throughout the day. Their main goal is to capture tasks quickly before forgetting them. They need a simple and fast way to create tasks with minimal required input and clear feedback. They get frustrated by complex apps, too many steps, and mandatory fields that slow them down.

THE PROCESS

Designed for speed, built for clarity

Sketches & Ideation

I used sketches to map and clarify the task creation flow before moving into wireframes. Sketching helped me think through the main steps, layout structure, and interactions, ensuring the flow was clear and simple.

User Flow

I created a user flow to map the main steps users take when creating a task in the app. The flow helped me understand the navigation, key actions, and decision points, ensuring the task creation process was simple, clear, and easy to follow.

KEY LEARNINGS
